Splošni Pogoji Add-on

1. Uvod

Ti splošni pogoji urejajo uporabo dodatka KKrovec za Google Sheets, ki je na voljo slovenskim uporabnikom.

2. Licenca za Uporabo

• 2.1 Uporabnikom je dovoljena ne ekskluzivna, ne-prenosljiva pravica za uporabo dodatka.

• 2.2 Prepovedano je kopiranje, spreminjanje ali razpečevanje dodatka brez izrecnega pisnega dovoljenja avtorja.

3. Zasebnost in Podatki

• 3.1 Dodatek spoštuje zasebnost uporabnikov in ne zbira osebnih podatkov brez njihovega soglasja.

• 3.2 Morebitni zbrani podatki bodo uporabljeni izključno za izboljšanje funkcionalnosti dodatka.

4. Omejitve Odgovornosti

• 4.1 Avtor dodatka ne prevzema odgovornosti za morebitno škodo, izgubo podatkov ali kakršne koli druge posledice, ki izhajajo iz uporabe dodatka.

• 4.2 Avtor ne zagotavlja neprekinjenega delovanja ali popolne združljivosti z vsemi verzijami Google Sheets.

5. Spremembe Pogojev

• 5.1 Avtor si pridržuje pravico do spremembe teh pogojev brez predhodnega obvestila. Spremembe začnejo veljati z objavo na ustreznem mestu.

6. Končne Določbe

• 6.1 Ti pogoji so v skladu z zakonodajo Republike Slovenije.

• 6.2 Morebitne spore rešuje pristojno sodišče v Kranju.

7. Neodvisnost od Googla

• 7.1 KKrovec je neodvisen dodatek, ki je bil razvit za Google Sheets. Dodatek ni uradno odobren, sponzoriran ali kako drugače povezan z Google LLC.

• 7.2 Google LLC in njegove podružnice ne prevzemajo nobene odgovornosti za delovanje ali vsebino tega dodatka. Vse blagovne znamke in logotipi, ki se nanašajo na Google, so last Google LLC in se uporabljajo izključno za identifikacijske namene.

1.1 These general terms and conditions govern the use of the KKrovec add-on for Google Sheets, which is available to Slovenian users.

2. License for Use

2.1 Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the add-on.

2.2 It is prohibited to copy, modify, or distribute the add-on without the express written permission of the author.

3. Privacy and Data

3.1 The add-on respects user privacy and does not collect personal data without their consent.

3.2 Any collected data will be used exclusively for improving the functionality of the add-on.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 The author of the add-on does not assume responsibility for any potential damage, data loss, or any other consequences arising from the use of the add-on.

4.2 The author does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete compatibility with all versions of Google Sheets.

5. Changes to the Terms

5.1 The author reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes become effective upon their publication at the appropriate place.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 These terms are in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

6.2 Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Kranj.
